We stay focused on the question you brought. We look only at the workflows, information, systems, people and risks that matter to that decision, then identify the strongest opportunities, the constraints and what not to do yet.
What you leave with
A written decision summary, a short opportunity map, clear priorities, the recommended first move and a practical route into independent action, learning, a broader readiness review or implementation.

What does a strategy session actually involve?
Before we meet, you share the decision, opportunity or frustration you want to work through. I review that context before the session. Together we examine the business outcome, current AI use, workflows, information, systems, team capability and risks around it. You receive a written decision summary, a short opportunity map, clear priorities, the recommended first move and a practical route forward.
Which workflows should we improve first?
Prioritise work that is repeated, time-consuming, inconsistent or difficult to see across the business, especially where better information or clearer ownership would make a measurable difference. The best first workflow is useful enough to matter and contained enough to test safely.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions are available via video call for anyone. In-person sessions are available in Byron Bay. In-person sessions outside Byron Bay are available only as the first step in a larger engagement.
What happens after the strategy session?
That depends on what comes out of the conversation. Some people move into implementation work through The Signal Studio. Some join The Remix to build capability over time. Some have enough clarity to move forward independently. The goal is always a clear next step that makes sense for your situation -- not to create dependency.
How is this different from The Signal Studio?
A strategy session with Michelle helps you clarify a business priority and decide where AI could help. The Signal Studio offers practical business support through readiness reviews, improving one part of the business, AI implementation and ongoing capability. You can choose the support that fits the need.
How much does it cost?
A strategy session is from $500. In-person sessions may vary. If the conversation leads to a Signal Studio engagement, the session fee is credited toward that work.
